Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or until they have been shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel an order, please contact us at contact@zyphoracart.shop with your order ID.
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
Certain items, such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, and customized products, are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged state.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped by Zyphora Cart.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@zyphoracart.shop.
